Receptionist : Hello, This is SomCom Company Limited Thailand.

Customer : Hello, I’m Khwanruetai. I’m Purchasing department manager of ABC company from Singapore.

Receptionist : May I help you?

Customer : I would like to see product at you company.

Receptionist : OK, No problem. Do you have free time?

Customer : On Monday  next week . Please send someone to get me. At Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Receptionist : You’re welcome.

At Suvarnabhumi airport

Sale manager : Good afternoon you must be Miss Khwan.

Customer : Yes, Are you’re  from the SomCom Company Limited Thailand is that right ?

Sale manager : Right, My name’s Phorntip.

Customer : Well, thank you for meeting me, Miss Phorntip and this is my secretary , Miss Pat.

Secretary : Nice to meet you.

Sale manager : Nice to meet you, too.

Customer : It’s my pleasure.

Sale manager : Welcome to Thailand. Sawatdee Ka

Customer : Oh! What is it? What are you say?

Sale manager : Sawatdee ka. This is greeting of Thai culture when we meeting.

Secretary : Oh! So beautiful.

Sale manager : Thank you very much. What’s time is it?

Secretary : Half to twelve O’clock.

Sale manager : Oh, Let’s go to restaurant.

At  Restaurant

Receptionist : Good afternoon, May I help you ? Lady.

Sale manager : Yes, we have a reservation.

Receptionist : Your name,please.

Sale manager : Phorntip noisim table for three.

Receptionist : Right this way

Secretary : Thank you.

Receptionist 2 : Have a seat, Menu please.

Sale manager : What would you like to have? I suggest  “Tom Yum Kung” , This is famous menu in Thailand. And your country?

Secretary : Oh! We have laksa : it’s noodle with coconut milk.

Receptionist 2 : Would you like something to drink?

Sale manager :Orange juice

Customer : Orange juice

Secretary : I will have some,too.

Receptionist 2 : Here is your food, Sorry to have give your waiting.

At SomCom Company Limited Thailand

Sale manager 2 : Welcome to SomCom Company Limited Thailand, Somcom’s company is market a new computer.

Customer : Oh! A new computer? What’s it like?

Sale manager 2 : It’s small size and  import from USA.

Customer : Really! How much does it weight?

Sale manager 2 : About 1,000 grams.

Customer : I will say. Is it expensive?

Sale manager 2 : No expensive.

Customer : How much is it?

Sale manager 2 : 22,000 Bath  per unit.

Secretary : This prize compare favorably with our competitors. Would you consider 20,000 per unit?

I don’t think we can go that low.

Customer : What’s your best offer?

Sale manager 2 : How about 21,000 per unit with free delivery?

Customer : That’s sound goods.

Sale manager 2 : How many do you want?

Customer : 1,000 unit, Where can I exchange foreign currency?

Sale manager 2 : You can exchange money near our company,  “Western Union”  It’s good service and constant exchange rates.  1 Singapore dollar per 25.34 Baht.

Customer : Thank you.

Sale manager 2 :What  medium of transportation will you use?

Customer : By cargo ship.

Secretary : When can I expect the merchandise?

Sale manager 2 : The shipment will arrive port destination at 15.00 pm. on Monday next week.

Customer : OK. I hope that we can continue to do business.

Sale manager 2: Thank you very much
